Wanpen Bohn

Wanpen P. Bohn, age 81, of Copperas Cove passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020. Funeral Services are pending.

Wanpen was born on November 13, 1938 in Chaing Mai, Thailand. She met Ronald Bohn while he was serving in the United States Army. They married in 1966 and moved back to the states in 1967. All of her children came to the United States with them. Ronald served until 1975 and they made their home in Copperas Cove. Wanpen loved many things to include, gardening, cooking, fishing, gambling and a good glass of wine. Wanpen would never let you leave her house hungry and would often send food with you. She will be remembered for her spunkiness and wasn’t afraid to give you her advice. Wanpen had an incredible bond with her family.

Wanpen is preceded in death by her son, Apiwat Panyaroj and a grandson, Michael James Bohn.

Wanpen is survived by her husband of 53 years, Ronald Bohn; children, Richard T. Bohn and wife, Tam, Linda Riddle and husband, Todd, Tharawat Panyaroj; two brothers; grandchildren, Derek Dobbins and wife, Britney, Justin Aguinaga Elizabeth Bohn, Miranda Blackburn and husband, Mike; great grandchildren, Alyssa Harris, Amaya Santiago, Kai Dobbins.
