She had a passion for astronomy and a keen appreciation for Sci-Fi and horror movies, often indulging in the realms created by her beloved authors, especially J.R.R. Tolkien. Additionally, her love for reading kept her journeying through countless worlds, while her enjoyment of crossword puzzles and the game show Jeopardy tested her formidable intellect and curiosity.

She is remembered with love and admiration by her children: Nathan Zackery Perkins, Samantha Alice Garcia, Daniel Ray Partin, Bobbie Sue Hayden, and Billie Sara Roberts. Treva's legacy continues through her grandchildren, who include Elijah Huffman, Karliegh Serbousek, Kyle Perkins, Jeremy Garcia, Kinzy Perkins, Avery Garcia, Lois Hayden, Zenith Roberts, Emelia Partin and Isabelle Partin. Treva was predeceased by her father, Henry James Perkins, her mother, Alice Augusta Perkins (Hoisington), her sisters, Wanda Daniels, Bessie Perkins, and Fay Jones, and her brothers, Butch Perkins, Preston Perkins, and Jody Perkins. Those who had the privilege of knowing Treva Sue Perkins will forever remember her as a passionate and loving soul, whose proudest accomplishments were those joyful moments spent with her family. Her legacy of kindness, creativity, and unwavering spirit will continue to inspire all who loved her.

Treva decided to be cremated, with her ashes distributed among her children.
