Thomas P. Conley, 68, of Copperas Cove, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014 in Copperas Cove. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:30 pm on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the Cove Church of the Nazarene, 964 W. Hwy 190, Copperas Cove.
Thomas was born on March 28, 1946 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. He served in the US Army during Vietnam. After his time in service, Thomas went on to become and retire from a career as an Operating Engineer. In retirement, he started a Clown Ministry where he loved spreading the Word as “Pockets” and making people smile. Thomas loved the outdoors and would spend his time hiking, hunting, and fishing. He was a supporter of the NRA and enjoyed time on the range. Thomas was a Christian family man who loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Myrlie Ann Conley. Thomas is survived by his current wife, Marilee Conley of Copperas Cove; daughter, Stephanie Martinez and husband, Joshua of Copperas Cove; and grandchildren.
