Robert Raymond Bikoski, age 81, of Copperas Cove passed away July 27, 2019. Memorial Graveside Services with military honors will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, August 22, 2019, at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

Robert was born on July 30, 1937, in Miller Station, Ohio to the late Henry Bikoski and Mary Rygelski. He attended school in Adena, Ohio and graduated from Adena High School in 1955. Robert joined the United States Air Force in 1958. He married Joan Martin on February 28, 1959, in Dillonvalle, Ohio. Together they had two daughters, Kimberly and Christine. Robert retired from the Air Force after serving for over twenty years. Just before retiring from the Air Force, Robert received a degree in accounting from the University of Maryland. After leaving the service he acquired a position as a Civil Service Accountant at Fort Hood, Texas. In 1994, after working for over 15 years, Robert retired for a second time as Deputy Comptroller of 3 Corps on Ft. Hood. In retirement, he enjoyed golfing, doing yard work, and traveling to visit family. Being the hard worker he was, Robert served on the Board of Directors for the Kempner Water Co. for many years and was a very devoted church volunteer. Robert will be remembered for always being willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. He cherished his loving granddaughter Analise the most and supported her faithfully.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Henry Bikoski, Jr.; a sister, Bernadine Spence.

Robert is survived by his wife of 60 years, Joan Bikoski; daughters, Kimberly Bikoski and Christine Watson; sisters, Mary Carter and husband, Dean, and Debbe Bikoski; a brother, James Bykoski and wife, Brenda; granddaughter, Analise Watson.
