Sfc Ronald Seevers Jr., U.S. Army, Ret.

SFC Ronald Alfred Seevers, Jr., age 53, of Copperas Cove, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen with a Memorial Service following at 12 Noon on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at Living Hope Church, 329 FM 3046 Copperas Cove, TX 76522.

Ronald (Ron) was born in East Liverpool, OH on December 1, 1967.

He retired from the United States Army after 20 years of service and served in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Some of his awards include the Bronze Star Medal, 2 Meritorious Service Medals, and 6 Army Commendation Medals.

Ron is preceded in death by his father, Ronald A. Seevers Sr.

Ron is survived by his daughters; Samantha (Michael) Shaughnessy, Heather and Amber Seevers, his brothers; Chad and Mike Seevers, and grandchildren; Kelsey and Mason Bishop, Emersyn and William Shaughnessy.

Pallbearers will be Michael Shaughnessy, John Shaughnessy, Ron Wagner, Jason Cummings, Matt Norris, and Mark Nowell.

The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Ryan Palivela Raju and Secretary Lorna Sibley for all their care and support the last 5 years.
