Scott Cloud

Scott Cloud, 82, of Lampasas, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Lampasas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 2 pm with a visitation an hour prior.

Weldon "Scott" Cloud was born on January 15, 1940, in Lampasas, TX to Weldon D. and Dorothy (Motheral) Cloud.  He served his country for 6 years in the National Guard and was very proud of his service.  Scott was employed in the Wool and Mohair business for many years until the warehouse closed in the 80s.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved animals and wildlife.  One of his favorite things to do was sit and watch the deer, birds, foxes, and stray cats he fed.

He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his brother and sister-in-law, Robert Carl Cloud and Paulina.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Sandra; daughters, Kimberly Truelove, Misti Harrell; nephew, Robert Cloud; niece, Tracy Herrmann; grandchildren, Keli Truelove, Allison Harrell, and Ashley Harrell.
