Roger Dale Havins

Roger Dale Havins, 60, of Lampasas, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023.  He was born on March 3, 1963, in Houston, TX to David Hamilton Havins, Sr. and Maxcine Gay (McAnally) Havins.

Memorial services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel Lampasas on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 10 am.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, David Hamilton Havins, sister, Melba Burns and his niece, Jody Cooley.

Survivors include his son, David Havins; daughter, Shelby Lynn Roraff; brother, Troy Havins and wife Emma; sisters, Susan Irene Stephens and husband Rusty, Gay Lynn Havins May and Libby Clark; grandchildren, Damion Dashawn, Alyssa Star, Jeremiah Isaiah, Demetri Jade, Jude Elizabeth and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
