Richard Dent

Richard J. Dent, age 55, of Copperas Cove passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2017. Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, November 3, 2017, at Scott's Funeral Home of Copperas Cove.

Richard was born on June 30, 1962, in Germany to the late William Herald and Susanne Simndies Dent. Richard graduated from Copperas Cove High School in 1981 and Central Texas College with a degree in criminal justice. In 1986, he began his career with TNP which later became Oncor. Richard retired earlier this year.

Richard is survived by his brothers, Allen Dent and wife, Connie, David Dent; and a niece Alicyn Dent.
