Ramon Orona-Pinon

Ramon Orona Pinon, 19, passed away on March 2, 2023, at his home in Lampasas, Texas.  He was born on August 18, 2003, in Reynosa, Tamaulipas to Ramon Orona Garcia and Maria Isabel Pinon Rivera.

Visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel, 201 E. Third St., Lampasas, TX, 76550 on Friday, March 10, 2023, from 6 to 8 pm.  Funeral services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 11 am with interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas.

Ramon grew up in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, and then moved to Texas at a young age.  He graduated from Lampasas High School in 2021.  Ramon was a member of the Hispanic First Baptist Church in Lampasas and enjoyed hanging out with his best friends, visiting his family in the valley, and being around his loved ones for cookouts.

Ramon was preceded in death by his father, Ramon Orona Garcia.

Survivors include his mother, Maria Isabel Pinon Rivera of Lampasas; his step-father, Alberto Suarez Rojas of Lampasas; sister, Jazmin Orona Pinon; step-sisters, Lucero Suarez and Azalia Suarez (Alex Torrez) and step-brother, Jonathan Suarez (Noelle Rocha); his nieces and nephews, Amsi Suarez, Alex Torrez, Axel Suarez, and Aiden Hernandez; his maternal grandparents, Maria C. Rivera and Jose J. Pinon and his paternal grandfather, Ramon Orona Olguin.

Ramon also leaves behind his beloved pets, Bella, Sol & Huesos Suarez Pinon.

Other survivors include his uncle, Lucio Rivera, and aunt Rosy; cousins, Arely, Emily, Joselin, and Jakelyn; his uncle, Pascual Pinon Blas, and family; his aunt, Marlena Pinon Mireles, and family; his aunt, Guadalupe Pinon, and family; his uncle, Rolando Pinon Rivera and aunt, Norma Pinon; cousins, Ana and Rolando Jr.; his uncle, Jesus Pinon Rivera and aunt, Alma Pinon, and cousins, Daniel and Adrian; his uncle, Juan M. Pinon, and aunt, Juana I. Pinon and cousins, Juan M. Jr, Sebastian, and Joselin; his uncle, Jose L. Pinon, and family; his uncle, Rafael Pinon Rivera and aunt, Aurora Pinon and cousins, Alfredo, Ruby, Rafael, Jr, and Alejandro; his aunt, Leticia Pinon Rivera and cousins, Jennifer, Francisco, Alondra, and Tiffany; his aunts, Veronica and Francisca Orona Garcia and cousins, Estrella, Nestor, Roberto, Liliana, and Almita and his best friends, John Shaw, and John Hassler.
