Pete was born on October 4, 1960, at Fort Meade, Maryland to R.J. and Patsy (Clark) Henniger. Pete grew up traveling around the country. At a young age, he and his family moved to Moline where they lived until 1969. They then moved to Bend in 1973. Pete attended Lampasas High School, where he made many friends and graduated in 1979. After high school, Pete attended college at the University of Texas at Arlington. Soon after college, he started his own general construction business. During this time, Pete met many wonderful people who became lifelong friends. He was a devoted Christian, loving and committed father, he also had a diligent and meticulous work ethic. His four beautiful children, always made him very proud. A talented and charismatic drummer, Pete loved bringing people together through music and adventure. He loved hiking with his wife, Brandie Henniger, and his children. He was an avid classic rock fan, and he could fix anything. Through his time in construction he was gifted with an opportunity to work alongside ostriches, which brought him great joy. Pete was the toughest, strongest fighter he could be. If Pete Henniger has impacted your life, we ask you to join his family in his celebration of life.
