Penny Blain

Penny L. Blain, 65, of Copperas Cove passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, March 30, 2015 at Scott's Funeral Home of Copperas Cove. Visitation will follow after the service.
Penny was born on November 11, 1949 in Connersville, IN to the late Gary and Carol Glisson Garrison. She graduated from Connersville High School in 1967. While visiting family at Fort Hood, she met Bruce Blain and they later married 1977. They made their home in Copperas Cove and raised their children there. Penny was a homemaker, kept children in her home and worked a few years at the Fort Hood Commissary Penny was devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Penny is preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers.
Penny is survived by her husband, Bruce Blain; daughters, Sherry Riley and husband, Thomas, Terri Garrison, Carol Blain; twin sister, Patty Herndon; sister, Polly McFall; brother, Robert McFall; and 8 grandchildren.
