Paula A. Tovar

Paula Tovar, 64, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021, in Fort Worth, TX.

Visitation will be held at Sneed Funeral Chapel on Thursday, November 4, 2021, from 6 pm to 7 pm with a rosary to start at 7 pm.  A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Friday, November 5, 2021, at 10 am with interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Paula was born April 2, 1957, in Lampasas to Esidoro and Petra Salazar.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She enjoyed her pets, especially her dogs, scratch-off lottery tickets, going to casinos, and had a great sense of humor.  Above all Paula was very strong in her faith and loved her family dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joaquin Salazar; sisters, Mary Bocanegra and Dalia Salazar.

Survivors include her husband, Jose Tovar; son, Saul Torres; daughters, Debbie Torres, Pamela Garcia, Priscilla Rodriguez and husband Jose; brothers, Isidoro Salazar, Jr., and wife Yolanda, Richard Salazar, Danny Salazar and wife Oralia; sisters, Adela Rojas and husband Tomas, Rosa Salazar, Sandra Salazar, and Jose Castro; grandchildren, Paul, Monica, Veronica, Jose, Carlos, Poncho, Christina, Adrian, Stephanie, Jesse; great-grandchildren, Melissa, Natalie, Destiny, Ava, Sebastian, Mia, Ariel, and Sofia.
