Otis Eugene Tyson

Otis Eugene Tyson, 89, of Hamilton, Texas died December 25, 2018 at his residence. Otis was born November 13, 1929 in Hamilton County, Texas to Elbert Tyson and Mary Ella Kissell. Otis was a Lineman for Hamilton Electric Co-op, retiring after 40 years. He also served his country in the Korean War in the U.S. Army. Otis is survived by his wife, Annie, sons, Otis Tyson Jr. and Jim Elbert Tyson and wife FarrahDaughters, Sharon Williams and husband Charles, Connie Wood and husband Charles and Nancy Wier and husband Doug. Sister, Rosella Roberson. Otis enjoyed and loved all of his 9 grandchildren including Bradley Tyson who resided in the Tyson residence since he was an infant, and his 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by Brothers, J.W. Tyson, and Albert Tyson. Sisters, Elva Hill, Violet Kemp and Frances Keller.   Graveside service will be Saturday December 29, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at Live Oak Cemetery near Hamilton. A visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time in the Chapel at Live Oak Cemetery.
