Noel Dueno

Noel Dueno, age 60, of New York, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019, in Copperas Cove with his son and daughter. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 AM, Monday, April 1, 2019, at Scott’s Funeral Home of Copperas Cove. A family graveside service will be held first at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Noel Dueno born on December 6, 1958, in New York to Judith Nival. He graduated from high school and joined the Army in the 7th Cavalry Division. His last duty station was Fort Hood, TX. This is where he met his ex-wife, Joan Fennessey, they had two children, Kristina Dueno, and Christopher Dueno. Noel Dueno was known for his laughter, kind heartedness, generosity, and love for his family and friends.

Noel was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Laura Monserrate Lopez; mother, Judith Nival; sister, Oneida Dueno; brothers, Robert Rodriguez and Herbert Nival.

Noel is survived by his children, Kristina Dueno, Christopher Dueno; grandchildren, Christopher Dueno, Arya Camps, Noel Dueno, and Elijah Camps; sisters, Yolanda Sierra and Judith Nival; and brother, Edward Mendez; as well as his Aunts Jeane, Cookie and Mildred.
