Myrtle S. Brown

Myrtle Brown, 90 of Lampasas, Texas died Thursday March 12, 2020 at her home. She was born March 11, 1930 near Lake Victor in Burnet County to parents Harvey Stinnett Sr. and Jessie Jesstern (Bailey) Stinnett. She married Jodie L. Brown and he preceded Myrtle in death. She was a homemaker and a member of Community Church. Myrtle enjoyed cleaning houses, ceramics and spending time with her family. She is survived by 3 daughters; Joann Owens and Sandy Miller both of Lampasas Linda Glasscock of Arizona Brother, Jimmy Stinnett Sister, Gayle Chambers Grandchildren; Casey Vickery, Chad Hamann, Chance Carter, Brian Cude and John Mikel Owens Great-grandchildren; Brandy Cude, Seth Cude, Haiden Owens, Heather Hamann, Dustin Hamann, Lindee Reinhart and Kaylee Pickett. Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents, by grandson Joseph Douglas Cude and by several siblings. Funeral service will be Tuesday March 17, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Warner Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5-7 pm at Sneed Funeral Chapel.
