Mike Valles

Margareito “Mike” Valles, 69 of Lampasas, Texas died December 24, 2018 at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple. He was born February 27, 1949 in Adamsville, Texas the son of Julio Valles Sr. and Agrora (Montoya) Valles. Mike served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was honorably discharged. He worked for the City of Lampasas as a heavy equipment operator and after he retired, he ran a bulldozer for Troy Jones Company. Mike married Katie (Northcutt) and he was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Mike loved the Dallas Cowboys. He is survived by his wife, Katie Valles Step-son, Homer Graves Brothers; Henry Valles, Julio Valles Jr., Raymond Valles (Olivia), Lupe Valles (June) Sister, Linda Hernandez (Jose`) Grandchildren; Noel Graves and M J Graves Great-grandson, Noel Graves Jr.   Mike was preceded in death by his parents, by brother, Manuel Valles and by infant brother Freddy.   Funeral Mass will be Friday December 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Rosary will be recited Thursday night at 6:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel.
