Mickael Daymude

Mickael Ray Daymude, age 65, of Copperas Cove, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021, in Temple. A gathering and viewing will be held from 5-7 PM, Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Viss Family Funeral Home, 1614 S. FM 116, Copperas Cove, TX. There will be an opportunity, for those interested, to share a story with the family at the gathering. The visitation will be live-streamed on the Viss Family Funeral Home Facebook page .

Mike was born on January 17, 1956, in Junction City, Kansas to the late Frank and Delores Stotts Daymude. He graduated from Junction City High School in 1974. He worked numerous jobs in manufacturing and home improvement which trained him in many different areas. He was an independent family man all his life and played by his own rules. He moved to Texas to be close to his family in 1998. Anyone that met him knew he was a character who could not be forgotten.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents; and an infant brother, Raymond Daymude.

Mike is survived by his children, Mickael Ray Daymude II, Alicia Ann Daymude, Steven Dale Daymude; two brothers, Timothy Daymude, Gregory Daymude; two granddaughters, Savanna Campbell and Yvette Wilkins.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Meyer, Dr. Cishek, Dr. Browning, as well as their teams at the API ICU and Executive Health. Special thanks to the Marmolejo family for their support and friendship over the last 2 decades for and since the heart transplant.
