Mary Louise Fitzgerald, 76 of Adamsville, TX passed away December 3, 2017. She was born March 12, 1941 in Edna, TX to the late W.D. (Woody) Reynolds and Florence Bowers. She married the love of her life, Lawrence Ray Fitzgerald in 1959. They celebrated 54 years of marriage before he passed away in 2013. Mary enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling, hunting in Colorado, participating in trail rides and growing and preserving her own food. She nursed for many years at nursing homes in Port Lavaca and Palacios. She devoted much of her time and energy being a caregiver to family members, including her mother who died at age 91. She is survived by sisters; Jo Neisser of Cuero, TX and Janet Shipman (Clinton) of Victoria, TX; brother, Ronald Reynolds (Elizabeth) of Deer Park, TX; daughter, Peggy Lee (Steve) of Pasadena, TX; son, James Fitzgerald (Ginger) of Adamsville, TX; granddaughters; Lacy Lee (Michael) of Pasadena, Stephanie Spitzer (Max) of Pasadena, Julie McCown (John) of Bertram, Christina Barnes of Leander; grandsdons; Curtis Lumley of Victoria, Kevin Fitzgerald (Brittney) of Leander, David FItgerald (Rheannon) of Liberty Hill; great-grandchildren; Ava Spitzer, Makayla, Colton and Marie McCown, Aiden Fitzgerald, Walker and Ryder Fitzgerald, niece and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her brother W.D. (Butch) Reynolds. Visitation will be from 9 am until 11 am Saturday December 9, 2017 at Adamsville Presbyterian Church. Funeral service begins at 11 am. Burial will follow in Hines Chapel Cemetery near Adamsville. Pastor David McClung will officiate. Memorials may be sent to Adamsville Presbyterian Church.
