Mary Gonzales Castro

Mary Gonzales Castro, 77 of Lampasas died May 27, 2018 with her loving husband and children by her side. She was born July 2, 1940 in Lampasas, TX to Bernabe and Basilia Gonzales.She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Phillip, Joseph, Lee, Martin, Nacho and Ben Gonzales. She met her husband of 45 years, Ramon Castro Sr. at a dance and they were married June 30, 1973. Mary and Ramon enjoyed spending time together with family and gardening. She was also a homemaker for over 45 years. She is survived by her husband Ramon Castro Sr. Daughter, Estella Castro Perez Sons; Ramon Castro Jr. Roberto Castro Grandchildren; Angelica Perez, Isaac and Luis Castro Great-grandchild, Felipe Valles Sister, Adela Miller and many nieces and nephews   Rosary will be recited Friday June 1, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Mass will be Saturday June 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at ST. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.   She was very loved and will be missed greatly.
