Martha May Kelley

Martha May Kelley, 85 of Lampasas, Texas died Friday December 1, 2017 at her home. May was born January 10, 1932 in Georgetown, TX the daughter of Bryan Whitley and Martha (King) Whitley. She graduated from Florence High School in 1949 and later married Dee A. Kelley in 1951. She worked for Southwestern Bell as an operator for many years. May was a member of Community Church and enjoyed Bible study, gardening, needlework, cooking and animals.   Visitation will be Wednesday December 6, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery, near Briggs.   Survivors include daughter, Elaine Kelley of Lampasas One sister-in-law One brother-in-law Numerous nieces and nephews       May was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband Dee.   Memorials may be sent to a cause for blindness, heart problems, renal failure or animal cruelty prevention.
