Louise Keeling

Louise Keeling, 103 of Lampasas, TX died Satturday January 4, 2020 at Advent Health Rollins Brook. She was born May 22, 1916 in Bertram, Texas to parents Harvey Ready Caskey and Lena (Kinchloe) Caskey. She grew up in Briggs area and attended Briggs schools. She graduated from Briggs High School and later attended cosmetology school and owned her own beauty shop in Liberty Hill. She married Harllee Ray Keeling and he preceded her in death in 2001. She was a member of Briggs Baptist Church. She was known for making the best chocolate pies. She is survived by 2 sons; Wendell Ray Keeling and Stanley Gene Keeling (Emily) Also by 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.   Louise was preceded in death by her parents, by 2 brothers, 2 sisters and her husband.   Funeral service will be Tuesday January7, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Briggs Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Prairie View Cemetery. Visitation is before the funeral.
