Kimberly Kuehl entered into eternal rest Friday, August 4, 2023, in her home with her loving husband Doyle, at her side. Kim was 56 years of age.
She was born in Hale Center, Hale County, Texas on February 6, 1967 to Tommy Odom and his wife Dorothy Gore Odom. Tommy was a carpenter and a ranch hand so the family lived in various places in West Texas and Colorado before settling in Lampasas. Kim worked for the Hoffpauir dealerships in the detail departments for 19 years. It was there she met the love of her life, Doyle. After dating a couple of years they married on May 2, 2016. They did everything together. Kim loved helping with the goats and the cattle, which she gave them all names. She enjoyed their motorcycle trips, going to the coast and especially their "date nights", dinner and movies. She loved her church family, First Baptist Church of Lometa, where she volunteered at their food bank. She finally got the car of her dreams, her convertible mustang. She was a true friend to many.
She is survived by her loving husband, Doyle; her daughter, Brandi Smith of Austin; her son, Cody Snyder of Colorado; her mother, Dorothy Odom of Lampasas; her brother, Rick Odom and wife Kim of Lampasas; her sister, Sherry Manuel of Arizona; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Odom and her brother, Scott Odom.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to New Century Hospice, 451 E. Central Texas Expressway, Suite C, Harker Heights, TX, 76548 or First Baptist Church Food Bank, 107 W. Main St., Lometa, TX, 76853.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Felicia Moren and the New Century Hospice nurses for the loving care and kindness they gave to Kim during her illness.
