Joanne Faye LaTart

Joanne Faye LaTart, 77, of Kempner, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024.

Joanne was born in Lake Placid, NY on October 25, 1946, to Clayton and Jennie (LaMonda) Beeman.  

She and her husband, Alan, were proud that they hosted 22 foreign exchange students over the years.  For most of her career she was a bookkeeper in the exotic pet industry and was known to be very precise and meticulous with her records.  She was instrumental in running a lot of businesses. 

Joanne was preceded in death by her sister, Gerri Chapman, and her brother, Bill Beeman.

Survivors include her husband, Alan G. LaTart; her son, James LaTart; her grandchildren, Krystal Louise LaTart, and Brooke Rose LaTart and her great-granddaughter, Chelsea Collins.
