Jimmie Ryan Tidwell

Jimmie Jean Baldwin Ryan Tidwell, 93, passed away on Friday, January 11,2019.   She is survived by three sisters: Lotta Bess Tucker, Carolyn Barrier, and Katharine Earnest; her children: Julie Ryan, Stuart Ryan, Suzanne McCotter, Claudia Wills and husband, Butch, James Ryan and wife, Tiffany, and John Ryan and wife, Tami, 15 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her step-children: Paul Tidwell and wife, Phyllis, Jackie Pearson, and husband, Bob, Marilyn Callaham and husband, Sam, Sarah Adams, and husband, Mike, and their extended families.    She is preceded is death by parents: Caryl A. Baldwin and Neva Long Bourland Baldwin; her husband of 47 years, Pat Harrison Ryan; husband of 14 years, James Erwin Tidwell; and son, Patrick William Ryan.   Jimmie Jean was born on January 23, 1925, in O’Donnell, Texas. She held a lifetime national membership to PTA, was a member of the PEO Sisterhood, a member of United Methodist Women,and a charter member of the Books & Brown Bags Book Club.          A time of visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, January 15,at 10:00 A.M., at the First United Methodists Church of Lampasas, Texas, followed by a celebration of life service at 1:30 P.M. Graveside service will immediately follow at the Straley Cemetery in Adamsville, Texas.    In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the FIrst United Methodists Church, Adamsville Volunteer Fire Department, and the PEO Foundation
