Jim Graham, age 63, of Lampasas passed away on Friday, August 25, 2017. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, August 31, 2017, at Calvary Baptist Church, 766 Plum Street/Hwy 190 in Lampasas with burial following at Garden of Memories in Killeen with Pastor Preston Lindsey officiating.
Jim was born on April 10, 1954, in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Donald and Betty Graham. Jim was raised in Verden, Oklahoma and graduated from Verden High School in May of 1972. Jim worked in law enforcement in Oklahoma for a number of years. He also was a member of the National Guard before entering into active duty in the Army in 1987. He served in Germany for three years, in Desert Shield and Desert Storm where he was a medic. Jim was a member and a deacon at Calvary Baptist Church in Lampasas and also served as the associate pastor from May 2012. He enjoyed working on old cars, fishing, and camping. Jim was a proud disabled veteran who was proud that he was able to serve his country. Jim married Tina Martin on August 1, 2014, in Lampasas.
Jim was preceded in death by his father, Donald Graham.
Jim is survived by his wife, Tina Graham; mother, Betty Koenig; step mother, Claudia Graham; sons, Steven Graham and wife, Sue, Bobby Martin, James Martin and wife, Crystal, Gary Martin; daughter, Tonya Martin; brothers, Johnny Graham, Frankie Graham; 12 grandchildren and a host of friends and loved ones.
