Ida Heathcott

Ida Heathcott, age 76, of Kempner passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018. Memorial Mass will be at 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Copperas Cove. Visitation will be from 5-6 pm with a Rosary at 6:30 pm on Tuesday at Scott's Funeral Home of Copperas Cove.

Ida was born on December 23, 1942, in Magazine, AR to the late Arles and Imogene Wright Heathcott. Ida lived in Arkansas, California, and Texas. She loved arts and crafts, Elvis Presley and traveling all over the world. Ida was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church where Father Chris Downey took a special interest in her and led her to be baptized and confirmed in the church.

Ida is survived by her sister, Lucy St Joseph and husband, Charles; niece, Debbie Bush and husband, Brent; nephew, Kevin St Joseph and wife, Lydia; and six great-nieces and nephews.
