Hyo Sun Johnson, 71, passed away at home in Copperas Cove on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Funeral Services will be at 11:30 AM on Monday, March 23, 2015 at Scott's Funeral Home with burial following at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
Hyo Sun was born on December 20, 1943 in Korea to the late Yang Kuen Park and He Nam Moon. She was raised in South Korea and later came to the States in 1973. Hyo Sun married David Johnson on November 10, 1980 in Copperas Cove. She was a member of St. Luke's Methodist Church in Killeen. Hyo Sun took pride in being a devoted wife and mother to her family.
Hyo Sun is survived by her husband, David Johnson; son, LTC John Dawber and wife, Jennifer; grandson, Ethan Dawber; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
