Glen Hanson, 66, passed away unexpectedly on February 9, 2021, at Advent Health Central Texas Hospital in Killeen.
A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be announced as soon as possible, on his Facebook page.
Glen was born May 25, 1954, in Lampasas, TX to Carl and Eloise Hanson. He grew up in Lampasas and graduated from Lampasas High School. He married Angela Trulove Ramsey in 2001 and they were happily married for almost 20 years. Glen enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and always loved having his grandchildren stay with him. They enjoyed going to breakfast with him every weekend and playing outside with their Papa. Glen had a larger than life personality. He always reminded us that nothing in life ever comes easily and we have to go after what we want.
Glen was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Eloise, and his son, Bill Pendergraft. He is survived by his spouse, Angela Hanson of Lampasas; his sons and daughter, Nathan and Becky Trulove, James and Rachel Spaulding, Jessica and LeeLynn Dalton; his grandchildren, Aidan, Lexi, and Nicolas Trulove, Brandon, Jasmine, Lillian, and Camelia Spaulding, Kambden, RyeLynn, Jaydynn and Alexis Dalton; his siblings, Richard and Sue Hanson, Mary and Curtis Johnson, Carole Heller, Wesley, and Bonnie Hanson, and Jerry and Nelda Hanson as well as many nieces and nephews.
Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure...You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
Any flowers or donations can be sent directly to Jessica or LeeLynn Dalton.
