George Madison Roseberry III

George Madison Roseberry III, 80, of Lampasas, passed away at home on Monday, January 20, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on June 15, 1944, to George Madison Roseberry, Jr. and Doris Jean Roseberry in Temple, TX.

Memorial visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel Lampasas on Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 3 to 5 p.m.

George lived life to the fullest! And his only fear was not attempting the new adventure. He was an entrepreneur, professional pilot, marine, scuba instructor, and sales professional. He worked for Aqua Lung USA for twenty-five years. He never failed to offer help to family, friends, or a stranger, and above all, he was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, and son. His many accomplishments can be seen in the lives he touched during his time with us on Earth. He will be missed so much!

George is survived by his wife of 44 years, Janice Helen Roseberry; his children, Tracy and John Gannfors of Leander, TX, Warren and Keri Roseberry of Leander, TX, Jason and Diana Roseberry of Lampasas, TX and Matthew Roseberry of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Will Gannfors of Washington D.C., Andrew Gannfors of Dallas, TX, Kate Roseberry of Austin, TX, Ella Roseberry of Leander, TX, Juan Henriquez of Lampasas, TX; his siblings, Carol Ann and Lanny Dreesen of Houston, TX, and Helen and Billy Lastovica of Belton, TX.
