W. Central Texas Expy; Killeen, TX 76541 – (254) 501-4710 Mr. Metoyer died Saturday in Temple at the VA hospital. He was born February 18, 1937, in Natchitoches, Louisiana, the 3rd son of Sidney & Elouise Metoyer. He was preceded in death by his wife Maxine (Aaron) Metoyer and brothers Ray and Randolph Metoyer. He had lived in Lampasas for over 50 years. And, all six of his children graduated Lampasas High School. Mr. Metoyer served in the U.S. Army and work for IBM until retirement and he was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Survivors include four sons & two daughters - Larry C. Aaron of Killeen, Gary W. Aaron of Lampasas, Francis N. Metoyer Jr. of Arlington, Louis N. Metoyer of Copperas Cove, Elouise D. Carriere of Katy, and Lilla Von Duhon of Raleigh, NC, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
