Florentina Martinez

Florentina Perez Martinez, age 80 of Lometa, Texas died Monday April 20, 2020 at her home. Mrs. Martinez was born July 30, 1939 in Lometa the daughter of Eugenio Perez and Josephine (Ancira) Perez. She was a homemaker and a home health provider. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Lometa, Texas and lived in Lometa since birth. She married Joaquin Martinez and he preceded her in death in 2012. Survivors include: Sons; Jaime Martinez and wife Peggy of Ft. Worth Martin Martinez and wife Wendy of Bertram Daughters; Amalia and husband Nick Ybarra of Austin Adelaida Martinez of Lometa Senaida Jasso and husband Miguel of Ft. Worth Grandchildren; Mateo B. Martinez, Tristan, Nikolas and Elyssa Martinez, Antonio Castro Martinez, Jovani, Marcelino Ybarra and Austyn Ybarra. Brothers; Joe Perez, Miguel Perez, Antonio Perez Sisters; Cruz Uvalle, Augustina Rodriguez, Josephine Benavides, Margarita Aguilar, Merecedes Uvalle, Maria Cruz Espinosa, Angelita Sanchez, Vivian Uvalle. Tina was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Eufemia and brothers, Meregildo, Alejandro, Stanley. Burial will be at Senterfitt Cemetery in Lometa Saturday April 25, 2020.
