Eloise Brandt

Eloise Brandt, 93 of Lampasas, TX died August 23, 2018 at Spring Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation in Lampasas. She was born July 1, 1925 in Zephyr, TX to George Washington Ware and Myrtle (Kemp) Ware. Eloise was a long-time resident of Coleman, TX where she worked for the Selective Service Board for a few years. She later worked for Coleman schools as the secretary for Jr. High. She retired in 1984. She and her husband Leo enjoyed traveling. Eloise was a talented artist who enjoyed painting and doing crochet. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Coleman.   Survivors include son, George Brandt and wife Debbie of Iowa Park Daughter, Sue Walker and husband Tim of Kempner Grandchildren; Amber Brandt Sales, Ashley Anderson, Shannon Walker and Angela Walker Marez. Step-granddaughter, Hannah Walker Great-grandchildren; Carter Sales, Cohen Sales, Ava Anderson, Brandt Anderson, Alisha Walker, Ajay Walker, Ace Walker.   Eloise was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leo, by granddaughter Amy Walker and by 2 sisters Peggy Northcutt and Jo Ann Boswell.   A memorial graveside service for Mrs. Brandt will be conducted on Saturday September 8, 2018 at Coleman City Cemetery at 11 am. Her body will be cremated.
