Dennis Snelling, Sr.

Dennis N. Snelling, Sr. CSM USA (Ret.), of Copperas Cove, passed away on April 5, 2014 in Austin. Memorial Services and inurnment will be 10:00 AM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen on Thursday, April 10, 2014 with full military honors.
Dennis was born Ottumwa, Iowa to the late Charles and Pauline Leedom Snelling. He joined the United States Army in 1963 and retired after 30 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Ulrike Parker Snelling; son, Dennis N. Snelling, Jr.; daughters, Sabrina Snelling and Heather Untied; sisters, Elizabeth Phillips and Linnea Reid; five grandchildren, Ashlyn Hughes, Barrett Untied, Evan Snelling, Leah Snelling and Cody Snelling.
