Davida Brouhard

Davida J. Brouhard, age 89, of Copperas Cove, passed away on April 17, 2020, in
Copperas Cove, Texas. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 25, 2020, at Cove
Church of the Nazarene, 964 W Hwy 190, in Copperas Cove. Interment will follow at Central
Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

Davida was born on November 17, 1930, in Topeka, Kansas to the late Ernest Normandin
and Myrle Heidel. She graduated from Harrington High School in Harrington, Kansas. She
married Raymond J. Brouhard on May 29, 1949, in Harrington, Kansas. Davida will be
remembered as a loving family first person. Everyone called her Grandma, whether she
was theirs or not. She tried to always make friends with everyone she met. She enjoyed
flowers, the beauty of nature, drawing, painting, and writing. She even had a book that she
wrote published in her early years called The Priest is at Peace.

Davida was preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, Raymond and son-in-law,
Paul King.

Davida is survived by her daughters, Joy King, Delilah Warren and husband, Daniel,
Jeanette Agan and husband, James; sons, Ricky Brouhard and wife, Jeanene, Darrell
Brouhard and wife, Susan; twenty-seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cove Church of the Nazarene, 964 W Hwy 190, Copperas Cove, Texas 76522.
