Daniel Hodges

Daniel Hodges, age 63, of Copperas Cove passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016. Graveside Services will be at 12 Noon, Friday, July 1, 2016 at Groves Family Cemetery in Lampasas County.
Daniel was born on December 18, 1952 to James and Gwendolyn Spivey Hodges. He graduated from Lampasas High School in 1971 and joined the Unites States Air Force following graduation. He served for almost 5 years and then he retired from Civil Service after 30 years. Daniel will be remembered as a man after Gods own heart and was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Copperas Cove. He as an asset in the children's ministry and other areas at his church.
Daniel was preceded in death by his father, James Hodges; brother, Jerry Hodges; and a sister, Valerie Leonard.
Daniel is survived by his sons, Timothy Hodges and Andrew Hodges; mother, Gwendolyn Hodges; and a brother, Butch Hodges and wife, Debbie.
