Cherrillyn Mills

Cherrillyn Mills, age 74, of Copperas Cove, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022, in Temple, Texas. Private services will be held at a later date.

Cherrillyn was born on February 8, 1947, in Herrin, IL to the late Charles Thorpe, Jr. and Mary Lorine Mattox Thorpe. She grew up in Marion, ILL and graduated high school there in 1965. She eventually made her way to Texas to be near to her family. Cherrillyn met Eric Mills and they married in 2001. She enjoyed puzzles, crafting and crocheting.

Cherrillyn is survived by her husband of 21 years, Eric Mills; children, Charles Elders, Andrea Williams, Tara Cox; brother, Rex Thorpe and wife, Willana; seven grandchildren; and her beloved dog, Gambi.
