Charles L. Champion

Charles Leslie Champion "Charlie", 79, of Lampasas passed away on February 4, 2024.

No services will be held at this time.

Charlie was born on June 27, 1944, in Hermosa Beach, CA to James Leslie Champion and Mary Oleta (Baker) Champion.  He was a kind and caring man who gave to many charities and those in need.  In high school and shortly after, he was employed with Lang's Minimax, before beginning a close to 50-year career in the parts department with Hoffpauir Auto Dealership.  Charlie was an avid collector of knives and guns.

He was preceded in death by his parents.  Survivors include his wife, Kathy Champion; his daughters, Erica Withers (David), and Amy Reisinger (Kyle); numerous grandchildren and other loving family members and friends.
