Braden Lee Pekar, 12, of Copperas Cove passed away on Monday, February 22, 2016. A visitation will be held from 4-6 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Scott's Funeral Home of Copperas Cove. There will be no additional services.
Braden was born on February 6, 2004 in Georgetown, Texas to David and Diana Pekar. He was the type of child who could light up a room with his smile and laugh. He attracted everyone to him. He loved playing with his siblings and other children. Braden also had a love for animals, RC cars, and helicopters. He was such an infectious child whom everyone fell instantly in love with. He was an angel on this earth and is now an angel in heaven. He is loved and missed by so many.
Braden is survived by his parents, Diana Pekar and David Pekar; step-dad, Matthew Callaway; sister, Shelby Pekar; brothers, Kevin Callaway and Liam Callaway; grandparents, Doug and Teresa Brinkmeyer, David Pekar, Sr. and Terri Martindale. He is also survived by several great-grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
