Barbara Thomas, age 69, of Copperas Cove, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. A Memorial Service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at Scott's Funeral Home of Copperas Cove.
Barbara was born on November 17, 1947, and was raised in Panama. In May of 1977, she married Aaron Thomas in Panama and they were stationed all over the world until his retirement in 1992. They settled in North Carolina to be close to family. After Aaron's death in 2011, Barbara made her home in Copperas Cove with her daughter and helped raise the grandchildren.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a grandson, Andrew Robinson.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Lilibeth Russell and husband, Tony of Copperas Cove; sons, Manuel Carlos Robinson and wife, Yakira of Southbend, IN, Hector Alberto Robinson of Panama; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
