Angie DeAngelo, age 53, of Copperas Cove passed away at home on Monday, July 11, 2016. A Memorial Service will be held from 6-9 PM, Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Zilker Clubhouse, 200 Zilker Clubhouse Rd. Austin, Texas (off Rollingwood Drive).
Angie was born on August 3, 1962 in El Paso, Texas to Nieson DeAngelo and Angelina Castillo DeAngelo. She graduated from Crockett High School in Austin, Texas in 1980. She raised two amazing daughters while living in Austin. Angie worked for 20 years at AMD while supporting her girls through dance competitions and scouting events all over the country. She was a catering ring leader and aficionado. After she raised her girls, she went back to school and received her Bachelors' Degree in Criminal Justice from St. Edwards University in Austin. She met Paul Yoes in 2013 and they married on June 27, 2015 in Copperas Cove. Angie had great style, an eye for design, she was quick-witted, creative, smart and was the family instigator of fun and laughter.
Angie is survived by her husband, Paul Yoes; daughters, Angelina Oldham and husband, Clayton, Becky George and husband, Brandon; mother, Angelina DeAngelo; father, Nieson DeAngelo and wife, Mary Alice; siblings, Lisa Shuttee and husband, John, Nieson DeAngelo, Monique Harmon and husband, Steve, Andrea DeAngelo and wife, Jen; nephew, Vic Shuttee and niece Gabrielle Shuttee.
