Anastacia S. Reyna

Anastacia Sonora Reyna, 99, of Lampasas, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.

A Rosary will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 6 pm with visitation to follow.  The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10 am on Saturday with interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Anastacia was born on May 12, 1924, in Mexico to Apolinar Sonora and Maria De Laluz Miranda.  She was primarily a homemaker and family was everything to her.  She was always looking out for her family, making sure they were fed and well taken care of.  Everyone that knew her, knew she was a kind and caring person that would do anything for anyone.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Reyna, her daughter, Maria De Los Angeles Chavez and her son, Jose Luis Reyna.

Survivors include her son, Sergio Reyna; her daughters, Ana Cadengo and husband Francisco, Sr., and Maria Rodriguez and husband Hector, Sr.; 35 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
