Adam Coldiron

Adam Coldiron, 46, passed away on June 23, 2024, at his home in Liberty Hill, TX.  He was born on August 12, 1977, in Georgetown, TX to Peggy Jackson Combs.

A visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel, 201 E. Third St., Lampasas, TX, 76550 on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 6 to 8 pm.  Services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 10 am with interment to follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Briggs, TX.

Adam grew up in Salado, TX, where he graduated high school in 1995.  After high school, he worked in the construction industry for a number of years.  He was most proud of his work as a heavy equipment operator with his father-in-law and lifelong mentor, Donald "Smooth" Denson, in pipeline.

Adam married Shelly Denson in 1999 in Florence, TX.  They were happily married for over 24 years.  He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.  He also had a love for music and playing the drums whenever the opportunity arose.

Adam was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jackie Beckham, his grandfather, Richard Beckham, his uncle, Bill Jackson and his nephew, Wyatt Ray Denson.

Adam is survived by his spouse, Shelly of Liberty Hill, TX; his daughters, Katelyn (Kyle) Burney of San Angelo, and Kelsee Coldiron (Kaleb Torres) of San Angelo; his granddaughter, Shiloh Maryn Burney; his seven brothers; his parents, Sandra and Donald "Smooth" Denson; his mother, Peggy Combs and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Lawler Baptist Church, P.O. Box 685, Florence, TX, 76527.
