Larry Doyle Butts

Mr. Larry Doyle Butts, 73 of Lampasas, TX died suddenly July 17, 2017 at his home. Larry was born September 17, 1943 in Lampasas to Lloyd Doyle Butts and Mildred (Poe) Butts. He graduated from Lampasas High School in 1962 and served in the U.S. Air Force for 4 years. One of his assignments was in Okinawa. Larry worked for Texas Department of Transportation as an inspector for many years. He married Suzanne Ballew and was a member of First Baptist Church in Lampasas. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday July 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church with Dr. Rick Willis officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas. Visitation is Thursday July 20, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Survivors are; wife Suzanne Butts Daughter, Lisa Singleton of Lampasas Son, Brad Butts and wife Lisa of Lampasas 2 sisters; Linda Harris and Bob Sue Richter and Larry Brother, Dudley Butts and Carolyn 2 grandchildren; Dylon Singleton and Morgan (Butts) Vann and Reese Larry was preceded in death by his parents and by his first wife, Lanelle.
