Roland E. Mack, 94 of Dallas, TX died Tuesday February 7, 2017 in Lampasas County, TX. Roland was born May 27, 1922 in Dallas, TX the son of Walter Mack and Helen (Sebenhausen) Mack. He graduated from Crozier Technical High School and later attended Southern Methodist University School of Engineering. Roland served during World War II in the European Theatre as a mechanic with Company A 135th Ordnance Battalion. After the War he came home to Dallas where he worked as an electrician and was a union member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for over 50 years. Roland was a Baptist and a member of the Dallas Model T Club.
Survivors are son, Roland Mack Jr and wife Darlene
Grandchildren; Jason Gene Mack, Dustin Michael Mack, Jeremy Daniel Mack (Kayla)
Great-grandchildren; Kayleigh Allyssa-Sarah Mack, Colby Mack, Kameron Mack.
Roland was preceded in death by 3 brothers and by his wife.
Graveside service will be held Thursday February 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Tx with military honors.
