Edith Evolyn Swink

Edith Evolyn Swink, 96 of Lampasas, TX died Saturday July 23, 2016 at Regal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Edith was born October 4, 1919 in Albany, TX the daughter of William Frank Donnell and Vera Ella (Kirtley) Donnell. She had worked and lived in numerous towns in Texas; Albany, Ft. Worth, Breckenridge, Houston, Conroe and Lampasas. She also had lived in Colorado for a few years. Edith worked for a hospital and oil field supply company and a tool company, mostly doing clerical work. She was a Baptist. Survivors include: 2 daughters; Donna Burton of Lampasas Diana Ward of Montgomery 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren survive. Edith was preceded in death by a daughter, Jacolyn Bellinger and a son, David Swink and by 3 brothers and one sister. A graveside funeral service for Edith Swink will be held on Wednesday July 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Albany Cemetery.
