Nan Baird

Nan Baird, 68 of Lampasas, TX died Saturday June 25, 2016 at home. She was born July 29, 1947 in Star, TX the daughter of Henry Grady “Choc” Duncan and Letris (Kykendall) Duncan. Nan grew up on the Baugh Ranch. She graduated from Star High School. Nan married Larry Baird and had lived in Florida, Austin and Lampasas. She was a homemaker and worked in the insurance agency she and Larry owned. Nan loved the lake and fishing, traveling and dancing. She was a member of Community Church. Survivors include: husband, Larry Baird Daughters; Brandy Davis and Cory Angela Brisbin and Ryan Lisa Baker and Vernon Sons; John Baird Ryan Hogg Grandchildren; Sydney Eicher, Hayden Zurba, Brennan Edwards, Baird Brisbin, Piper Brisbin, Reece Davis, Jennifer Harris, Jessica Fincher, Kassie Baker. Great-grandchildren; Jonathan Harris, Kadi Ann Harris, Kaelie Fincher and Radley Fincher. Sisters; Rhonda Nell Clary and husband Lester Ruth West Nan was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Duncan, by sister, Bobby Adams and by a grandchild, Wyatt Eicher and great-grandchild, Mason Baker. A funeral service for Nan Baird will be held on Wednesday June 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. There is no visitation.
