Duglis E. Rogers, 93 of Lampasas, TX died Tuesday May 3, 2016 at Regal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born March 10, 1923 in Port Lavaca, TX the son of William Harvey Rogers and Ada (Rawlings) Rogers. He married Lois Burk on November 28, 1941. Duglis worked as a welder, he owned a dirt contracting business, farmed, was a preacher and a cowboy. He worked at local cattle auction barns for many years.
He will be buried in a private ceremony at Oak Hill Cemetery.

5 great-grandchildren; Cort, Michael, Kailie, Tyler and Presli
2 great-great grandchildren; Harley and Corbin
He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
