Lorena Jones

Helen Lorena Jones, 96 of Lampasas, TX died Monday March 14, 2016 at Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX. She was born June 13, 1919 in Ballinger, TX the daughter of Lucius S. Nunn and Mamie (Tubbs) Nunn. Lorena married G.B. Jones November 26, 1938 in Ballinger. She worked in school lunchroom for many years and was a Baptist. Survivors include her son, Lucius Jones Daughter, Nita Marie Dugger Brother, J.B. Nunn Sister, Myrtle Wilson 3 grandchildren; Tim Jones, Tammy Longoria, Lorrie Dayton 6 great-grandchildren; Derrick Dayton, Denton Dayton, Morgan Dandley, Trent Jones, Tori Jones, Sophia Jones Lorena was preceded in death by her husband. A graveside service will be held Saturday March 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Senterfitt Cemetery. Sneed Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements
