She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband Marcus G. Loader and her two sons, Garon Loader (Dallas) and Kerry (Ana) Loader (Marble Falls), her brother Grady (Lyda) Clark (Branson, MS), her sister-in-law Wilma Loader (Lampasas), two grandchildren, Lauren and Ryan Loader (Marble Falls), and numerous great nieces, nephews, and cousins. After graduating from San Angelo High School, she attended Angelo State University where she majored in Business Administration and was a member of the first ever Rammetes Drill team. She began her working career in San Angelo and was employed by the State Child Welfare Agency and Patterson Oil Company. While working in the courthouse in San Angelo, she met her husband Marcus at the Coke machine in early 1955. They were later married on October 29, 1955. She was later employed by Scott & White Hospital in Temple. Bettye Ann was a devoted wife and homemaker who loved and cared for her husband and children. She supported Marcus in their many career moves throughout Texas, and then out of state to Portland, Oregon and Washington, D.C. Finally in 1973, they returned to Texas and made their home on the ranch in Lampasas. She returned to work and was employed as a substitute teacher at Lampasas ISD for many years. Bettye Ann deeply cared for her immediate and extended family and all of her friends. She enjoyed talking daily with them. She loved and enjoyed her grandchildren and celebrated with them as they grew up. She deeply cared for all of her pets and loved her dogs Cowboy, Smokey, Lobo, Dusty, Lucky, Duke, and Klatu. She had numerous childhood pets including a parrot and Pekingese. She loved to travel and took many trips that included Hawaii, Alaska, Europe, and Mexico. She was able to visit each State in the U.S. with the exception of the New England States. She also loved music, and she played the piano frequently and enjoyed listening to music on her iPhone. On of her greatest loves was South Padre Island! Bettye Ann and Marcus bought a Condo there in 1987 and later sold it to buy a lot and build their island home in 2004. She spent at least two weeks of each month on the island. She enjoyed the ocean and the beach, and all of the coastal wildlife in the area. She would swim in the ocean every summer, and would take an inner tube into the surf to ride the waves. The bigger the wave the bigger the smile on her face. Bettye Ann deeply believed in Jesus.
