Jo Anne Wilburn

Jo Anne Wilburn, 78 of Lampasas, TX died Thursday January 21, 2016 at her home. She was born March 25, 1937 in Greenville, SC the daughter of Clyde Osteen and Jessie Mae (Arnold) Osteen. Jo Anne married Billy Earl Wilburn and was a homemaker. She loved traveling, gardening, dancing, reading, cooking, being around people, pets of all kinds, and listening to music. Her family includes; husband Billy Wilburn of Lampasas Daughter, Joni Chavez-Martell of San Antonio Sons; Kyle Wilburn and Bobby Wilburn both of Greenville, SC Sister, Nell Mullinax of CA 2 grandsons; Jacob Martell and Joshua Homs Her body was cremated and her urn will be placed at the columbarium at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX at a future date. Sneed Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
